Excerpt from the proceedings of the meeting between the producer of the BBC series "The Dark Side of the Sun" and Stavros Xarchakos, who was commissioned to compose the music for the series. Fourteen orchestral pieces were created, featuring bouzouki, violins, and percussion, with beautiful melodies and symbolic undertones.

A document illustrating the international circulation and recognition of Stavros Xarchakos’ music during the 1960s. It is an official letter from the Society of French Composers and Authors regarding the regulation of the rights to the musical work “En Dansant le Sirtaki,” based on the agreement of April 29, 1966. The document specifies the percentage shares allocated to the composer, the publisher, and the original publisher, and lists the countries in which the work was to be exploited and distributed, such as France, Spain, Belgium, and Luxembourg.
