On September 16th, 2024, we experienced something very special there at Sounion. We illuminated the Temple of Poseidon in a way that gave it a different dimension – you could see its architecture emerging differently, its history coming alive, and above all this relationship it has with the sea down below. Eleftheria Deko took on all the artistic work with the lights, and I took care of the music for the evening. I wrote a new composition for the occasion – a small tribute to our cultural heritage. We were very careful not to disturb the site at all. The lights, the cables, everything was installed in such a way that during the day you don't notice anything – the monument remains as it should be.
